Collapsing Rows

You can collapse sequential rows. To collapse rows, click on the Switch on/off collapsing button on the main toolbar:

A triangle and the count of sequences in the group will appear near the collapsed sequences. Click on the triangle to reveal the entire tree of the collapsed rows. You can also control the collapsed group using the Right and Left arrows on your keyboard.

To update the collapsed groups, click on the corresponding button on the main toolbar.

To sort alignment by collapsed groups, use the Sort → Sort groups, large first or Sort → Sort groups, small first options in the context menu.
