Directories

The following settings are available on the tab:

  • Downloaded data — Specifies the path where files downloaded from remote databases will be stored.
  • Documents — Specifies the path where UGENE data will be stored.
  • Temporary files — Specifies the path where temporary files will be stored.
  • File storage — Specifies the path where UGENE files will be stored.
  • Build indexes — Specifies the path where UGENE Genome Aligner indexes will be stored.
