Navigation in Sanger Reads Alignment

You can jump to the previous or next ambiguous characters in the read alignment and edit the characters.

After you finish editing, use the navigation by previous or next variations to find differences between the reference sequence and the consensus.

Use the main Actions → Navigation menu, context menu, or the following toolbar buttons:

To go to the selected read, use:

  • Actions → Navigation → Go to selected read from the main menu
  • Navigation → Go to selected read from the context menu
  • Enter
  • Space
  • Double-click
