Selecting Coloring Scheme

You can select one of the following coloring schemes:

  • Chemical Elements
  • Molecular Chains
  • Secondary Structure
  • Simple Colors

To change the coloring scheme, open the Coloring Scheme menu (available in the context menu and in the Display menu on the toolbar).
